Blind that forms loops observed on the window next to daycare entrance door is accessible to children. Rough edges on fence post pose a splinter hazard. Heavy items on floating shelf above eating area, observed not secured and pose a falling objects hazard to children and staff. Loops from cords attached to Satellite dishes are accessible to children and need to be reattached to the house and satellite posts. Windows accessible to children in the eating and playing area, open more that 3 1/2 inches. 2 outlets next to the kitchen sink, observed not GFCI
